All flight bookings are made and accepted subject to these conditions. No variations to these conditions shall be valid unless agreed by us in writing. It is agreed by both parties that this contract is deemed to have been made at the above office and is subject to the laws of Spain and any dispute or claim under it will be submitted to the Courts of Malaga, Spain. Once we have accepted your booking a contract comes into existence between us incorporating these conditions. Payments Full payment for all passengers will be taken at time of booking Once booked, Flights are NON REFUNDABLE AND NON CHANGABLE. Internet Bookings No seats are held or reserved until you the whole booking is complete and you press the MAKE RESERVATION button, when a final check will be made for the flights you have selected. Some flights on our Web site are *ON REQUEST*. Flights that are *ON REQUEST* require us to contact the Airline to check availability. When the booking is complte a WEB REFERENCE and a BOOKING NUMBER will be displayed on your screen. You should quote both in all communications with Viajes Flightline International S.L. T.O.D. (Ticket On Departure) or POST Charter flights A 12 Euro's fee per person will be charged on all bookings where a ticket has to be collected at any UK airport, or posted to a UK Address. . Changes made by Viajes Flightline International or the charterers From time to time we or the charterers may have to change details of the flight you have booked. If the change will have a significant effect on your flights we will inform you or your travel agent if possible. However, it is YOUR responsability to re-confirm your outbound and/or inbound flight(s) 24 Hours before each departure, by contacting the relevent Departure Airport. Airport Telephone numbers will be displayed on your Confirmation, or are available on our Web Site, under AIRPORT NUMBERS Minor changes. Minor changes include airline and aircraft type changes or departure time changes that are less than 8 hours. We do not have to inform you immediately about minor changes and we will not pay compensation. Major changes Major changes will will inform you about include: A change of UK airport. A change of more than 8 hours to the time you leave Spain, Portugal or The UK. If you do not accept any such change we suggest, you can choose another flight from us and pay or receive a refund of any price difference. Or you can cancel your flight and we will refund any moneys you have paid. Changes for reasons beyond our control. Some change are necessary because of unforeseeable or unusual circumstances which neither we nor our suppliers / charterers could not avoid or foresee, even with all due care. Other reasons beyond our control such as civil strife, nuclear disaster, war, fire, riot, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, adverse weather conditions and other similar events, may result in changes. In such circumstances your flight may have to be postponed, altered or cancelled. We will contact you to discuss this and you can take another of our flights (and pay, or receive a refund for any difference in cost) or cancel your flight and get a full refund. However the charterer will not pay compensation in these circumstances and are not responsible for losses or expenses you suffer as a result of circumstances beyond our control. Special requests for flights. Should you have any particular requirements for your flights, such as special meals, wheelchair assistance, or you are taking windsurfing equipment, golf clubs or pushchairs, please advise us at the time of booking. Special requests are passed by us onto the airline but cannot be guaranteed and we will not accept any liability if the requests are not processed. Special requests may be subject to an additional charge. Infant charges. Infants are charged on all our flights and do not occupy a seat. To be classed as an infant in accordance with Air Navigation Regulations a child must be under 2 years of age on the date of their return flight. What is included in the flight arrangements. Flights to your chosen destination. Normally your flights are booked with in-flight catering, however a number of airlines do not offer free catering. All airport taxes, passenger charges and Government air passenger duty. Free baggage allowance of 20kgs (44lbs) per person unless stated otherwise, excluding infants and one small piece of hand luggage per person weighing under 5kgs (11lbs).
